Two more weeks away and yet we are so complacent.

I feel like im living in a time warp with a meaningless existence. Where the wheels turn over and over again at the same pace and at the same place.

It feels like ive been through this before and a sense of deja vu emerges.

The same relationships, the same work, the same people. The endless rounds of watching that distracts and puts you in denial.

It's exhausting really.

I yearn for something different. But then as usual, i treat it the same way i usually do. Vent and walk away.

I know that my writings may make sense only to me but then again, it almost always does.

I don't understand how it is a simple friendship can turn into something so complicated. A bee is a bee. It is not anything else.Unnecessary complications burden one's life. Guarded and double entendres parries with a persons mind and being.

I don't understand how Shakespeare is so accurate when he says some will be like a flower but a snake underneath. The pungent smells of your deceit and the grating of your claws across the board can be heard many kilometres away.

At the risk of sounding a tad melodramatic, i wonder if the entire universe is conspiring against me.Because i know all good things come to an end, but not to such a disastrous end.

Firstly, i kissed the butt of another car. That was indeed a lesson well learnt and as they say, such a lesson is always well paid for in advance too. Cost? A big 2.

Secondly, pressure is mounting for the debates. Lecturers are giving us "the look" and yet some of my team mates seem quite nonchalant. Which justifies my being terrified and on guard all the time.

And the fact that i have to swallow another few textbooks on law is also quite daunting seeing that  my brains seem to have gone into hibernation after the one month ( yes it has been precisely one  month since my finals ended on May 22nd ).

Thirdly, results for Year 2 are going to be out in precisely 24 hours and having been availed a glimpse of my part of my results, fear is honestly arresting me.

Fourthly, the occasional family uproar seems to be just around the corner today. Due to all the 3 above, my temper was as taut as a string and having her call me while i was in the midst of teaching Yumi Bahasa wasn't much help either. I snapped at her and could not reign in my temper. Sighs. Alls well that ends well indeed, for apology did not do much help either. So i am now banned from the car. Double sighs.

But God is fair and he does not try me beyond what i can bear. Although, i am very tired and resigned to my fate. :) Sighs

Although the likelihood of you stopping by here is next to NIL, i'd still like to give a great big virtual hug to you for being such a sweet sweet Daddy who pampers me incessantly. =) So you must miss me when i do eventually fly off k? And you must tahan mummy's naggings on behalf of me yea? And you must NOT come to this page whn im in UK okies? For then, my fun frolicking life will be revealed.. and i'd be cincang-ed meat when i get back :P

As usual, I normally try to scrimp on money during the holidays due to the lack of funding i get from the FAMA accounts. One of the ways to keep count on the dollar bills is by ensuring that YOU don't pay for the movies you watch. Instead, you ask DAD to pay for the movies, ie- by buying pirated DVDs.

One, you not only save RM 9/ RM 10 on a movie ticket. Eh, its a large amount for a college student le. Money dont grow on trees or fall from the sky - as out parents are always wont to tell us.

Two, you also save on SNACKS like popcorn and coke. Because with your very own private home theatre, your MUM who does the grocery shopping shall be the one buying allllll your food. Hehe. So you get the unlimited supply of coke, almond chocs and ice cream for ..NOTHING! FREEE!!

Three, with the help of the remote control, you can pause, skip, rewind, repeat ANY SCENE you want! So i get to ogle at orlando,colin,jude,johnny and clive OVER AND OVER AGAIN! Just my kind of thing. Hehe

Sighs.. the bliss of pirated DVDs.. XD

hmmm..I think that's about it ..well ..i think le.. Cos dad gets a weekly supply from his friend the DVD Man in Sentosa. kekeke. So i get my weekly fixes of movies too! XD

Bwargh. This short respite is not even HOLIDAYS!

Its just a mere two weeks and the slave machine is grinding again!

Kan Ming Choi, you really very pandai la. Terlalu pandai d. This kind of things always have to happen to you. So pandai until you dont know how to get out of this rut.

15th June 2007. Please be a good day? *pleads with innocent eyes*. On that day i'll know whether or not I shall be REALLY flying or whether ill land smack right in the middle of the ocean.

Oh how i wish everyday of my life were like this :)

The art of eating,waking,sleeping and reading at any hour i wish. Truly utter bliss.

My accomplishments so far in the 2 weeks of my holidays have been to watch Pirates 3 twice, to haunt the cinema in JJ for The Last Mimzy and to finish wacthing  Gokusen. Which is quite disheartening really. Imagine my life with nothing to do but to watch movies! It really is quite different compared to how i spent my last holidays, which was filled with attachments and work.

The irony is, when im truly truly FREE ( ie. which is NOW ) most of my friends are all AWAY and are not coming back. Save for Eunice of course whose coming back soon * shouts for glee* Baka Cheryl,Yat Tuang, Shin Fei,Emmerie and Li Yee!

But then again, to say that my life is without its worries is also a lie for its totally impossible. To put words into this page is hard too, and that in itself is a worry.

I guess im just inhibited by the people who read me and the people who prejudge me. Either that or i fear increasingly that I am judged just for being who i am.

This year has been a year of upheaval for me. Many changes, many fears, many heartaches, many big question marks. Some were bad, some were good. All of which i am grateful for. I guess again, this is where growing up comes into the picture.

But then, thats a story for another day and another time. For now, this post is just to remind you guys that i'm still alive and doing well despite everything. :)

Although things aren't really settled as much as i want it to be, at least i know what's going on. The veil in front of my eyes has been lifted.

I may not necessarily see people as they are, but at least i know something. And that something really makes things go a long way.

So i concede that it was a mistake on my part to you because i didnt know it meant so much. I didn't see the magnitute of how it could have affected you and for that I am truly sorry.

Hence, readjustments are to be made and i have to shift the ephemereal to the physical and move on. A smile and a tear is the only lingering thing from this.. a smile of wistfulness at what could have been.
